PRE-SCHOOL GYMNASTICS

3-4 YEARS EARLY AIRS

The lesson starts with a themed warm-up game followed by classic gymnastics stretches and  fundamental shapes. The focus each week changes between rolling, handstand/balances and jumping, whilst keeping in touch with our British Gymnastics recognised theme, which we change every 2 months as follows:

All About Me
Dinosaurs
Going to the Zoo
Our World
People That Help Us
The Jungle

At the end of each theme, participants are awarded with a themed certificate to recognise their effort and attendance. (No assessments in our pre-school classes).
 
Stickers are also rewarded at the end of each lesson for good behaviour and participation.

3-4 YEARS CHARTERS NURSERY

Our Charters Nursery classes are run the same as our Early Airs classes above, except it is for children who attend Charters Nursery inside the YMCA.
