LATE PICK UP CHARGE

Late pick up charges apply to the last class of the day, as follows:

We appreciate that sometimes, parents/guardians run late to pick up their child, for reasons not always within their control.

However, the late pick up fee applies to all circumstances to cover the costs of staff working overtime/outside of their usual hours.

Fees Payable:

Late pick up by 10 minutes: £5.00

Every 5 minutes thereafter: +£5.00

The fee must be paid in cash at the start of your child's next lesson.

Participation in the next lesson will only be permitted if the late pick up fee is paid upon arrival.

The money will go directly to the two coaches that had to stay overtime.
